The reason PBSI did not change the composition of the trainers in the main team

The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) officially summoned 25 coaches to handle the Cipayung National Training Center, East Jakarta. This was stated in the Decree number SKEP / 007 / 1.3 / III / 2021.

Of the 25 coaches called in, 20 of them are technical trainers while the other five are physical trainers.

Looking at the line-up of the names PBSI is calling, it seems that there is no change in the coach structure for the first team compared to last year.

Both the head coach and assistant, are still filled with figures who last year handled Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting, Gregoria Mariska, and Praveen Jordan.

Head of Development and Achievement Division (Kabid Binpres) PBSI Rionny Mainaky explained that the decision had been carefully considered by his party.

The coaches who are called PBSI, called Rionny, have guaranteed their quality. In addition, PBSI does not want to take the risk of overhauling the structure of the coach ahead of the Olimpaide.

"We have decided to call the coach to run the national training program. For our first team there is no change because the existing coaches have been tested, experienced and qualified," said Rionny in a release on Thursday (1/4/2021).

"Apart from that, we will face important tournaments this year, including the Tokyo Olympics. So we don't want to take any risks. If we replace it, the program will change and the children's preparations will be disrupted," he added.

Meanwhile, many changes have occurred in the composition of the Pratama trainers. Rionny recruits coaches who are considered capable of being capable of making positive progress when handling the club.

We did change the line-up of the first coach because we saw the potential of this new coach when he handled the club. They are classified as successful in bringing their club achievements in recent years, "said Rionny.

"We are giving them the opportunity for the next one year to polish this national team. We hope they can give their best," demanded Rionny.

Rionny hopes that all the coaches who are summoned to the PBSI National Training Center for the 2021 period can work together well to realize the dream of returning badminton's highest supremacy to Indonesia.
